Based in our Phoenix, Arizona office, Mon joins us as Lead Development Representative, a pivotal role that bridges strategy, outreach, and relationship-building across our family of companies — GSG Protective Services, Brownstone Security, and the GSG Learning Institute (GSGLI).

With a strong background in business development and client engagement, Mon brings the perfect mix of drive, professionalism, and innovation to help us expand our national footprint in security services, training, and technology integration.

A Proven Record of Growth and Leadership

Mon most recently served as a Business Development Representative at iMatrix, where he consistently exceeded key performance indicators through proactive lead generation, outbound prospecting, and CRM management. His ability to identify opportunities, build rapport with clients, and align marketing strategies led to measurable growth in client conversions and long-term partnerships.

Before that, as a Partner Google Business Development Representative at TTEC, Mon represented Google’s suite of B2B products — from Google Ads to Google Workspace and cybersecurity tools — helping businesses strengthen their digital infrastructure and online visibility. His experience at the intersection of sales, technology, and customer success translates seamlessly into GSG’s fast-paced environment, where understanding client needs and building lasting trust are at the core of what we do.

An Ideal Fit for the LDR Role

As GSG’s Lead Development Representative, Mon will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities across our target sectors — including healthcare, commercial real estate, entertainment, construction, retail, government, and critical infrastructure. He will work closely with senior leadership to build and manage outbound prospecting campaigns, conduct strategic research, and schedule discovery calls that move relationships forward.

His hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, proficiency in digital outreach tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and background in aligning sales and marketing strategies directly reflect the qualifications and vision outlined in the LDR role description.
