GSG Protective Services Ethics Code

All GSG Protective Services team members, subsidiaries, and subcontractors are expected to adhere to the principles and procedures established by our Code of Ethics. The Code of Ethics embodies our commitment to conduct business professionally, ethically and in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

Commitment to Clients  – Every effort is made to contribute to the success of the client. Our client’s interests are always primary (unless that client is involved in illegal or unethical behavior).

Competence – GSG members are informed never to attempt to provide services that they have not been trained to do and/or are not qualified to do without proper supervision.

Compliance – GSG team members and subcontractors must comply with all government laws, rules, and regulations during all activities. Members and subcontractors will avoid any activity that may lead to an unlawful situation.

Confidentiality – GSG team members and subcontractors consider all company and client information to be proprietary and confidential. As such, client, supplier, and vendor information is protected and any release of information is prohibited.

Conflicts of Interest – GSG team members and subcontractors will avoid any conflicts of interest that may result in personal influences/relationships that affect their ability to act in the best interest of GSG Protective Services and their clients.

Corporate Opportunities – GSG team members and subcontractors are prohibited from accepting any business opportunity for themselves that may be discovered through their position with GSG Protective Services or GSG’s property. Members and subcontractors owe a duty to GSG to advance business interests appropriately when an opportunity arises.

Fair Dealing –  GSG team members and subcontractors will deal fairly with clients, suppliers, vendors, and anyone else they may encounter during the course of doing business.

Illegal/Unethical Behavior – GSG team members and subcontractors are required to immediately report suspected and/or actual illegal/unethical activities related to the business.

Intellectual Property – GSG team members and subcontractors take proactive action to protect intellectual property owned by GSG Protective Services and its clients.

Proper Use and Protection of Company Property – All GSG team members and subcontractors take precautions to protect GSG assets and ensure the proper and efficient use of such assets.
